The Bible is sometimes called the Owners Manual for man or human (it’s like the one you get from a manufacturer when you purchase a phone or car telling you how the product should be used so that you can get the best out of it) It is really an instructional book that is designed to help us know what God desire for us. It helps us so that we dont abuse ourselves, and become self-destructive. It is the only book that God made available for us, and not only guides us but it also teaches us about God.
As a New Convert you are required to read the bible daily, because it provide answers to the many questions you have about your new life in Christ. It also helps you to understand who God is, what His desired are for all the things He created, and why He does the things He does, and much more. Bible reading is very important for the building of your new relationship with God, and for the growth or building up of your faith. Hebrew 11:6 says Without faith it is impossible to please God. How do you build faith? Faith that pleases God comes only by hearing andreading God’s written word.

5. They wrote what God inspire them to write so the words of the bible were not their words, nor their thoughts but Gods.
6. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 tells us All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work in other words the bible was written for our benefit.
7. The bible is divided into two sections. The Old Testament contains 39 books and the New Testament 27.
8. The bible is one of the oldest book written and one of the most sold book in the world.
